Management screwed me over on my 40th birthday. I booked a 6 bottle table for my 20 guest party almost a month ago. At 10 pm while enjoying my birthday dinner they texted us that an "A list" celebrity wanted that table and "outbid" us. We had agreed a month ago to the minimum requirement for that table, and nobody ever mentioned that a table is not guaranteed. We go there a LOT and buy a table every single time. They squeezed over 20 guests into a 6 person table. My guests could not drink, dance, or even move a few inches. All the guys in the group had to stand outside the table and the girls had to sit in shifts. It was the most unenjoyable experience of my life and I will never set foot in that place again. I will also spread the word about how they treat their paying customers, basically treating them like dirt when some "big name" shows up for literally 15 minutes. Shame on you Tongue and Groove.
