I live in Florida and attempted to buy a gift online to be shipped to me. The website was having some issues reflecting a sales price, so I called the store directly. I spoke with Blake who was great to talk to and walked me through the purchase over the phone! He even went so far as to go look for the exact item I was looking at online to make sure it was the item I wanted. Finding awesome customer service like this nowadays is rare. Thanks, Blake!
