This review goes both ways. I had a significant issue with the one of service advisors, he was beyond rude to say the least. One of the managers stepped in and handled the situation with grace, understanding, and went above and beyond to make the circumstance better for me. This review would of been 1 star, but because of the manager it went to 5 stars. This is my 3rd Cadillac purchase, none of which took place in Virginia, coming to a new state and finding a car dealership that makes you feel at home helps tremendously, which even with the initial drama was achieved. I will definitely be returning to Moore Cadillac.
