Rupp is a fairly big arena. Sitting up high is not for the faint of heart (or for those who don't like sitting in super close proximity to strangers) but the seating is to be expected in a venue of this sort. The staff at Rupp is generally pleasant and eager to help. Lots of yummy concessions are available, the facility is clean, and they take sufficient precautions to make you feel safe when you enter. The added bonus is that Rupp is attached to the hotel and has some shopping and food court options should you arrive early.
