When reviewing offers for your task it is difficult to assess the person.
Some are good, some are not. Tasker profiles and badges don't tell you much.

Also in my experience, most airtaskers are very poor with time management and usually turn up late or reschedule multiple times.

Also, once you accept an offer, if tasker does not show up the onus is on you to prove that he/she did not turn up. If you can't, you end up losing your money (at least 20% fee)

Also, when you post a job, before you accept an offer all conversations on the task are public. Certain taskers come and hijack conversation threads - just too get a job or ensure no one else gets it.

Also a job remains in tasker search results at the top only for couple hours. So after first few offers you don't get any more. Only option is to accept what you get or repost job.

You don't have the option of inviting taskers or browsing through tasker profiles - which is a huge minus.

Airtasker fees are very high, that is why the good taskers end up charging way above market rate.. leaving you to shell the full fees.

Overall m not too happy with the platform but considering they have no competition in the market... we don't have much choice
