We bought one of our London flats through Daniel Cobb and the company has been managing our rental properties in London for many years. Recently we had an unusual situation with two sharers who both wanted to rent our apartment, but with neither wanting to share with the other and neither wanting to leave. It took some sorting out, but David Maxwell, the lettings manager, went the extra mile and managed to resolve a tricky situation.
