When checking in with my bag the big black security guy at the front door says we can't unload our stuff in front of the 10 min loading zone. He was very rude to my wife and said he's calling the cops if we don't move! My wife is from South Africa and is also black. This guy is rude every time we go back to our room. He has no customer service skills and need to be replaced! ASAP
