Karstadt is very bad on after sale service, their product has caused me face skin allergy on face and nose, but then they refused to refund me, as my friend paid the item by card. The staff told us it is their policy. But my friend is far away from Wismar, he did not stay here. After long discussion, the staff only agreed to offer gift card.

We writed to Karstadt by email. The branch manager replied that it is a COURTESY of their branch to offer the gift card and she refused to do any further actions. With this overwhelming spirit of Karstadt, I'm proudly to say that, I WON'T BE VISITING THEM ANYMORE.
