I have been a admin employee at Fedelta for 2 years.I came from another home care agency. Fedelta was ten times the agency that most other agencies are. It was very important to me to work for a company that delivered what we promised. The team is positive, supportive, and embraces diversity and inclusion. I have been promoted 3 times in 2 years and look forward to many years to come with this company. Fedelta is the fastest growing home care agency in the Pacific Northwest. Since I joined the Fedelta family we have added a strong nursing program and also infusions to our home care services. Employees go above and beyond every time and in my opinion that is what sets us apart from other agencies. Most other home care agencies are still working out the bugs and operate from a place of desperation rather than abundance. At Fedelta we are teams are strong and reliable. I could not be more happy with the service that Fedelta provides and to be counted as a member of the exceptional team!
