Their cafeteria is really good with delicious food, but it is not geared to customer volume, because you have to go through a very very long queue just to order. Ikea is actually a great shop with many interesting and inspiring exhibitions. However, it is arranged so that one is forced to go through the entire store on two floors, it is correct customer management purely in terms of sales, but it means that you quickly reach not bothering more.
