Third Nature is a nice addition to the Rockford area. However, one visit was enough for us. With all the other brewery options in the area, this isn t a return visit place.
Pros: Cute igloos to wait, friendly staff, good drinks, the food was 3 star worthy.
Cons: The hostess lost our name and we waited over an hour (for a 45 min estimate). We went up to ask and they told us they lost us and we could take the next table. Kind of annoying when you ve got a babysitter and already have a 45 min wait. The loaded chips app is just grocery store chips and French onion dip with bacon bits... so yeah... not up to par. One massive TV screen showing wrestling. I feel like the wall sized tv is unnecessary in a brewery, and what they were showing is not mass enjoyed. The chairs in the igloos had mud on the seat. Not sure how that happened, but they should be washed down.
Overall, it s a good start, with room for improvement.
