Worst customer service EVER!!! We were followed by our sales person like we were being stalked. When my husband and I tried to move away to "talk it over", she came and plopped right next to us listening in and making comments. WHAT!?!?! Also, we felt SOOOOO pressured into making a decision RIGHT THEN! She also lied to us about checking in on our order. First, I HAD TO CALL each time to get information, and she had the nerve to say she left messages. I had NO missed calls or voice mails from her. We also kept getting pushed back when truck was to deliver furniture to their warehouse. Almost 2 weeks since we bought our sectional and the trucks hadn't even set a date to deliver to their warehouse. DOOOOOO NOOOOTTTTTTT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!!! SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I only hope we get delivered the right furniture and nothing broken.
