I drove all the way from Tulsa to come to this casino because the were promoting up to $500 free play. I didn't expect to win that amount in free play and was happy with the $5 they gave. However, the rep who signed me up didn't tell me I had to stay on the same machine in order to use the free play. I got up to go to a different machine and somebody else got free play. I went back up to the counter and she told me there was nothing she could do and I just lost the free play. With a casino this size I wouldn't expect $5 to be a big deal and this information to be withheld. I spent 25 cents and walked out. All in all, don't expect any kind of customer service or comps for playing here. My advice - go to a different casino.
