Well I just went to have a Fondue Savoyarde & Raclette at Airelles Hotel, their restaurant called Le Coin Savoyard . Pretty place, unique decor, just felt back in the days walking through the lobby until we end up having such a surprisingly bad experience with the waiter there and the Food as well !! We found a Hair in the Raclette !!! Disgusting ! How come you dont check your dishes before serving them ?? Poor excuse for a high so called high class establishment such as Airelles Hotel. Beyond this unacceptable situation, we met an Haughty, disrespectful, audacious, insolent Person with a terrible sense of customer relationship. We got overcharged by this Dear Monsieur Francois (waiter, manager, whatever etc...). You order 1 fondue, you end up paying for 3 !! (We were ordering many things on the side already such as Bourguignonne and Raclette which is pretty big). The setting of this hotel is beautiful but If I could give an advice to the Hotel Management, This dear Monsieur Francois has nothing to do in such a palace, especially at this position. For the amount of money that you pay there for local dishes, I d say it wasn t worth it. Dinner was spoiled by unfriendly, poor and rude Service member called Francois. I was still surprised by the utter lack of concern for customer happiness in a hotel like Airelles. The lack of concern and attention really spoilt the experience for us, you do not feel welcomed. Not worth the bother. Much better to stick to a local restaurant as at least you get to experience the true Courchevel/Savoyard instead of being with fellow misguided tourists. Unfortunately, Le Coin Savoyard at Airelles Courchevel 1850 is not the spirit of Courchevel.

I hope Management will be efficient and responsive regarding this matter !!
