A huge shout out to Patrick for going above and beyond in locating a ornamental piece which he didn't have in stock. I took a long shot by asking him about an item he had two years ago. I needed to see if I can locate that item for a 50th birthday present as it would be perfect. Patrick recalled the item, knew who the supplier was and said leave it with me. As promised he called me that same day advising I have managed to get you one and its on its way. How good is that! Thank you Patrick and its good to see good old fashioned "good service" is still around.
