Can I just start by saying that I love my products received in my order. Nice scents and excellent textures.

I did run into one issue. One out of the three containers was only about half full. I thought it probably melted and shrunk down, but I ordered three of the same type of products and the other two were fine.

I also paid for insulated shipping to cut down on weather-altering of the products. I met the mail carrier at the door today when the product arrived. I ordered three jars. Two jars were filled to the top and one was not.

The consistency doesn t feel as if it has melted, but I m no expert. I did email the company over a week ago and received no response at all.

Product is excellent and I didn t mind the extended wait on processing and delivery due to COVID-19, but my experience lacked on the customer service side and I am left feeling cheated out of product, as three 6 oz jars is $72 and insulated shipping is $17.
