I called and made an appointment to have my dog s nails trimmed at 9am. When I showed up I was told the groomer doesn t arrive until 10am. Then when I asked until what time the groomer would be in because I had to go to work, the woman responded I don t know. Such terrible customer service and no effort to make up for my wasted time. So disappointed as I was hoping to find a great local one stop shop for my pet s needs.
