We brought our dog in for an emergency since he was hit by a car. We arrived at 7:30pm . They took her in immediately and we were brought in to a waiting room. Dr. Micceri evaluated our dog and gave us a $1300 estimate. She tried to tell us our dog had to stay overnight even before she gave us the diagnosis. He was bruised badly on his back leg but staying overnight unless he needed surgery was not an option for us.They asked for payment in full. She told us we need to give them an 1 1/2-2 hrs to run tests and take xrays. We came back at 9pm. We waited until 12:30am. No one gave us an update, NOTHING!!! It turned out he has a torn tendon.They kept taking animals in, taking the owners in a room and having everyone pay in full. At that point, you are at their mercy. They have one doctor on staff, no one to read xrays, a total bs operation. When you walk in they have 10 different business cards of their vets, plaques all over the wall. It gives the impression that everything is at your fingertips 24 hours. If we ever needed emergency care again, we would NEVER return to this facility. The front desk continuously made excuses tor their lack of communication with us.
