The most important thing about buying property in Greece is to have a trustworthy lawyer. Our estate agent introduced us to Lola when we bought our house in Crete 6 years ago. From the start, she was extremely efficient and professional and wrapped up the whole buying process much quicker than we had heard normally happens. In fact, the house seller said if he didn t already have a lawyer, he would have used Lola as well. She doesn t cut corners and is very strict about correct documentation and legal procedures. We cannot recommend Lola highly enough and would only use her for any future transactions.
