After so many years as a customer I'm sorry to say but the quality of the service has dropped dramatically. With online insurance, the assistance service for renewal, replacement and modification of the policy is essential.
Long waits at the call center, website not working, mail with links that don't work. Two days of agony to be able to make a payment and I find myself with the car stopped in the dealership for two days.
I will return when the quality of the service returns to what it once was
