We stayed at this hotel for a wedding. Unfortunate...

We stayed at this hotel for a wedding. Unfortunately it was during the storm Diego so the weather was not great. Our flight was leaving out of Charlotte and was canceled so we needed to stay an extra night. The next day we thought we would need to stay again and booked but when 5pm rolled around and the roads were cleared we thought we d take advantage of that clear weather window and try to get to Charlotte to be closer to the airport. Thanks to Sharlene Puckett we were able to leave at 5pm and not be charged for the day! Thank you to the wonderful staff and especially Sharlene for such a welcoming stay! Love Marriott hotels!!
