Your technician, Ryan, finally was able to figure out the problem with my humidifier. Not only did he fix the problem but went out of his way to wipe down all of the water on the floor surrounding the furnace. He was very professional, friendly and truly know his profession! I would also like to commend Morganne, the first tech that looked at it. She was so thorough in her work and explaining what was wrong and covering parts under the warranty. Very professional! Thank you!
