These procrastinators and poor communicators are the reason I have been without my car for two months. What should have been less than a week of repairs turned into an entire car-less summer because they have not repaired my car's faulty Starlink Infotainment system they manufactured (poorly, if it's going bad after 4 years). They have sat on the repairs, then they didn't ship it out when they were supposed to, then they gave my dealership the run around. As of today, which is the date the radio relay is supposed to arrive at the dealership (the third delay), I still do not have my car back. I am utterly unimpressed by this company.
