I have bought a ticket from them and paid extra for a Vola Refundable Insurance, which was the biggest scam ever. The person travelling had to leave early, so I contacted the company. They told me that I need to contact the insurance company ( thing that was not clearly stated when acquiring the insurance). The ticket is only refundable in case of death, serious illness, etc. and you need to provide documents to prove the incident took place. So an unexpected travel before the date of the ticket isn't included in that.

Avoid at all costs, there are better companies out there that aren't more expensive than them.
