I don t normally do reviews, this is my first! But...

I don t normally do reviews, this is my first! But considering this was such a huge emotional/financial decision I thought I might be able to help anyone going through a similar situation. I spoke to quite a few clinics about my personal case and options, and the ladies on the phones took so much time to answer all my questions and made me feel so comfortable and at ease, and they re the only ones who weren t trying to push me to book a consultation or get me off the phone! Anyway after all my research I decided to book as they gave me so much confidence in the process (of course, the negative reviews made me a bit wary but I m glad that I went into it with an open mind). My doctor was great, very professional and clear, and my treatment was mapped out step by step, I knew I could ask questions at any stage in the process and although it wasn t the cheapest treatment I definitely got the care that I paid for so I m forever grateful and can t wait to come back in a few years time!
