Early in my career I worked at Carlson Environmental. In those 10 years I learned how to be a "Good Consultant". I learned that "Good Consultants" are collaborative, solution oriented, flexible, focused on deadlines, and over communicate. I took those traits and my "Good Consultant" experience to CenterPoint Properties in my role as Vice President of Risk Management. CenterPoint Properties and Carlson Environmental has had a relationship for over 25 years. Carlson Environmental understood CenterPoint's risk tolerance and successfully collaborated in mitigating and monitoring environmental risk. Carlson Environmental thinks outside the box to provide solutions to make deals happen! They are responsive, meet deadlines, and provide honest service. In my new role as Due Diligence Manager for a global financial institution, I continue to look to Carlson Environmental for guidance and expert opinions.
