The store is ok, but their delivery service is rub...

The store is ok, but their delivery service is rubbish. They failed to deliver my items not once but twice, and blamed me for not being home while I actually was. They did not try to contact me and their customer support did not get in touch with me despite many emails. I am still waiting for my items.
