Worst Hotel ever! Telephone, internet and shower (...

Worst Hotel ever! Telephone, internet and shower (!) doesn't work. The ventilation system produces an extremely loud noise making sleeping impossible. Staff's only reaction: sorry we are fully booked and we cannot change the room. So Bad!
