Today goods that were ordered were picked up (Click & Collect). For family reasons we had to, yes we had to enter the waiting area with more than one person. A security guard (laughs) drew our attention to the fact that we are only allowed to enter the area with one person per order. We told him the situation why we have to stay together. However, he had no insight and forced us to leave the shop. Despite Corona one could at least have been considerate !! This extremely family-unfriendly kind is not known from Ikea. But Corona changes a lot. Maybe this crisis is also the downfall of this global corporation? After today, I wish him so!
