Terrible! Nobody knows anything! They don't even know how to transfer a phone! My husband should have been transferred to minimum a while ago now! When I finally got a hold Of someone I was told that they are waiting on beds!! My husband is in there on a ankle monitor violation! DOC!! What the hell!! Get all the nonviolent people out of there!! What's the hold up?? America! Home of the incarcerated and land of the not so so free!! Freedom is a prison!! Bring me my husband!! DOC!!
