I have enjoyed reading the great reviews and my wife and I look forward to visiting your distillery in early November. I had two questions: How do I book a tour today, as I will be receiving my admission via the Dublin Pass that I purchased ? Also, can we decide while we are there to do one of the tasting upgrades, or do we need to book that in advance as well ? I assume that the tour is the same either way.
