Driver blew through a red light going at least 20 over at 2am on Nissan Drive on 11/4/16. I had an arrow, but hesitated to go, which was lucky because he'd have barreled into me. Guess he decided since there were only two of us at the light and no one else around that he could ignore traffic laws.
