OMG. Horrible people to work with. There is no customer service. Any docs that you may ever need are not online and they are impossible to work with. They want to fax you paperwork, who has a fax anymore? It takes 3 days to get a fax or you can have something mailed, but takes 20 days. Very rude reps and most don't know anything that is going on. Yes, it was nice to get the help for down payment to buy a house, but not worth the hassle and stress they add. I think they are still running this office like it is 1980 vs 2020.
