So it looks like a1air no longer has fix it right or it's free unless you buy whatever they are selling when tech comes by to fix ac,, like 1200 surge protector, or 1000 duct cleaning, uv protection 800. Or service plan they sell. I was told tech would call me back to discuss this he never called.

Talked to Andre changed my contract to qualify for fix right or free .satisfied for now.
