Beautiful hotel, location, and amenities, and brilliant and very supportive staff. Stayed 14-16 Aug as part of the eid promotion half-board + free upgrade which was an amazing value for money.

The breakfast buffet was lovely with plenty of options, but the dinner buffet left much to be desired; the food selection was very limited, and the chicken shawarma offered had a remnant of chicken stench. The bread seemed as if it was left in open air from the morning. I got a food poisoning from the dinner on the 14th.

The room and its view were lovely. I was provided with a room with a balcony overlooking the pool on the third floor, then was moved to a room on the 4th floor when I indicated that my neighbours (families) were a bit too noisy (naturally with kids) which is very appreciated. Nonetheless, the music from the pool bar was very loud and played from past mid-day to about 9pm, it was audible from the 4th floor with the window closed (and it's not faint - i could hear it even with a movie playing on the TV) which was disappointing.

It's a lovely hotel but a bit too lively/loud for my desired quiet escape. Photos are from the 4th floor room and a consolidated dish made from items from the breakfast buffet.
