Way overpriced. Lady at the check-in desk was very unhelpful - we had some issues with the name on the reservation (it was booked on the company), and she just told us that she cannot check us in, not even offering us assistance, which we desperately needed since we didn't have working phones. Considering we paid almost 600 dollars for the suite per night, I would've expected better treatment and preparation to handle similar situations from their side. After we had changed the name on our own, we were checked in by a very nice and clearly more experienced man.

The other problem is that they also don't have prices displayed anywhere in the room, and you are not even allowed to lift anything from the minibar and the tray with snacks - which is clearly stated on the minibar but not on the tray and is misleading. They tried charging us extra 50 bucks for touching a can from the tray, but in the end they didn't becasue we told them we haven't touched a thing.

Lastly, prices for the rooms are misleading, after they add taxes, resort fees (which are apparently the highest in LV) and some other additional charges (which they wouldn't explain to us properly), we paid around 30% more on top of the price we've seen on their website. I understand the taxes are rarely displayed in the US, but paying 30% on top of the displayed price is not very pleasant.

The suite itself was nice, but definitely not worth the money for one night only, make sure you stay at least 2 nights to experience it properly.

All in all, while I understand there might be people who don't care about any of these hidden costs and tricks to milk more money from the guests, for this price I would personally prefer to get pampered with at least free coffee, water etc.
