On hold 20 minutes & then told "Oh so sorry the delivery man named Innes lied to you, the case of diet coke he told you would be delivered by another van in 20 or so minutes has been refunded". Didn't want a refund I wanted the case of diet coke that is too bloody heavy to carry on the bus!!! What is the point of paying delivery charge????? Last time I order from Asda!
