My experience was PAINLESS! I was afraid of the car buying process because of the horror stories I have heard. That was not the case in my situation. Kenneth McKnight made the process seem almost effortless for me. It felt like the only thing I had to do was show up and test drive my vehicle, sign a few papers and I was driving away in my new beautiful Buick Encore!
