I recently purchased a monitoring system from this company and found the experience to be quite average. While the product itself is functional and meets our needs, the customer service was not as responsive as I would have liked. Additionally, I found the user interface of the system to be a bit outdated and not as intuitive as I had hoped. On a positive note, the installation process was relatively smooth, and the system has been reliable so far. However, I do believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer support and updating their technology to be more user-friendly.
