I called to ask questions regarding equipment to put in my home the woman that answered the phone was so unwilling to assist she was sarcastic from the very get-go you could tell that she did not want to assist and told me that a builder can help me and that they don't do that before I even explained what I was looking for absolutely unprofessional and cold
