Low quality products and awful customer service. I purchased two Craftsman garage door openers, like I have in the past. The new ones are much slower than the previous model and they were a greater horsepower. I was told by their installers that if we would have purchased the openers off of the installer's truck, they would work better. I have been working for two months to get these uninstalled and returned. I have spent hours on the phone with people in other countries. I was just told today that they no longer have customer service in the US. The people in the other countries have no idea what I am talking about and keep transferring me. When I try to call the store to speak with a manager, no one answers in any department. I have to call 5-8 times before I find a department where someone actually picks up the phone. This has occurred multiple times. The quality of their products and their service has significantly decreased. The only time I will go back into any Sears store is when I finally return the items.
