I have been trying to call the rectorate for several days (I waited about thirty minutes each time). As soon as I am on-line to have the reception on the telephone, a disc is spinning continuously and I have no answer. In addition, after checking with my school, the rectorate apparently sent my transcript of my diploma to the wrong address, if at all. I am quite upset at such a lack of professionalism. Following this, I followed the advice given in the notices, which indicated that it was possible to make a request via the Academy's platform however, it does not work either, nothing is sent even at the end ten attempts on several different computers. I think there is a real organizational problem that must be resolved as quickly as possible. If it was possible, I wouldn't even put a star because the situation is so disconcerting

Another experience with the academy: A week before the results of my diploma I had the CHANCE of having an "advisor" on the phone who had been unfriendly or even aggressive. This is nothing normal. Especially for a rectorate.
