On Monday 22 October 2018 I lodged a complaint, re platters received on Friday 19 October 2018, with Bongani, one of the management team of Best Choice. He promised to get back to me by Tuesday 23 October 2018. Despite numerous calls and an email reminder still no reply from Bongani or somebody from Best Choice by 14:21 on the 25th of October 2018. Will keep readers updated if and when they reply.
UPDATE: Received a reply from Bongani on the 26th of October where he apologized for inconvenience caused and was refunded for their mistake on my order on 29th October. Due to this I am changing my rating from an initial 1 star to three stars
