Horrid. They have not paid my claim since August and it's now November. Their customer service is horrible, from the moment you drive into their building. It's almost as if they don't want people anywhere near them. Nothing but filthy con men. They don't have a problem with you paying them but when it comes to them paying what you are owed then they don't wan to pay up. I hate them.
