Auto insurance seems really great at first. I got in an accident that was deemed no fault of mine. They tried to undercut my payout by $1000 and acted like i was wrong about the value of my vehicle. When it was time to pay out for my car they basically disappeared. Never answered the phone, didnt return emails or messages. Also waited for two weeks for an adjuster to call about physio and massage which i needed for injuries. Still no call. Same story for rental vehicle reimbursement. I had never been in an accident so maybe i was a bit naive by thinking they were really great at first, but i would highly recommend staying away from this insurance company, theyre dirty.
