I know there are some bad reviews and when I was advised to go here for my kitten Zorro I was nervous. Let me just tell you the ENTIRE staff was amazing and compassionate. I unfortunately lost Zorro before getting there and they did the best to make sure he was comfortable and ready for our family to say goodbye. It's never easy losing a part of your family, and they did the best to make sure we were okay. I recommend giving them a shot! Thank you Ocean State!!
