I enjoy upscale feel of the store and often come here for lunch. Customer service is somewhat hit or miss. Sometimes it's great and sometimes it's not so great. Most of the time when I shop and need help there is no one to help. Mens shoe selection feels more like it's targeted for males in mid 40s. I'd appreciate to see more elegant european design shoes.
