A few months ago my father (81 years old) was admitted. During his admission he had a very nasty and traumatizing medical experience with an employee of the CWZ. On the advice of nursing staff, we have filed a complaint as a family. In this review I would like to report that the way CWZ has handled and handled the complaint has contributed a lot to the psychological recovery of my father.
