Even though I've moved clear across town, I never go to any other urgent care facility. I pass at least 5 on my way, but it's worth the drive. Crucial Care has always treated me with the utmost care from the greeting at the front door to the nurse in the room to the attending physician. Last week I had an awful sinus infection and they got me started on antibiotics and a few other medications right away. They called twice to see how I was feeling. It really made a difference to know that they cared. All their staff is kind and friendly and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.
