It s horrible because of below reasons, first of all the airport clock is 3min slower than actual time( refer the below picture), no one cares about that. I was traveling from Trivandrum to Chennai in Indian Airlines express, the actual scheduled time is 00:30 , they reached to 3:10 Am , I tried reaching to air port management to ask an alternate options because I had 2year baby traveling with me , the air port manager was fully drunk and he told me to stay outside until 1 am. Boarding did not start until 3:10 am and there is no announcement for delay....ect
Overall it s horrible travel with family
